And we are constantly expanding our network with whom we exchange ideas and work together to reduce the stigma of mental illness. To do this, we are looking for someone who wants to build partnerships and who can make a big difference.
What you will do:
You (re-)present REDEZEIT FÜR DICH in networks and to companies.
You develop a strategic relationship management that builds and maintains long-term relationships with our partners that are based on trust.
You develop and supervise our format "Ehrenamt hilft Ehrenamt".
Contribute about two to three hours per week

The REDEZEIT community is growing and with it the tasks. Our community team works online with interesting speakers, ambassadors, pioneers and bloggers who need our support.
What you will do:
Be a contact person for our listeners
Build a strong community and support the community to develop further
Plan and organise digital events such as workshops for the community
Launch and analyse surveys with different focal points
Contribute about two to three hours per week

Our small content team has developed a great little magazine that we want to develop further and that's why we are looking for volunteer support as Content Manager (m/f/d):

The REDEZEIT content team works with a small editorial team on articles about mental health and listening. In December 2021, our first LESEZEIT blog post went online. In the meantime, our content team has developed a small magazine. Our authors also provide us with contributions for our network.
What you will do:
You search for and supervise our dedicated authors
You prepare smart content for our target groups from the healthcare sector that reflects our strategic and creative concepts
You will create landing pages, social media stories, newsletter content and blog articles. Contribute about two to three hours a week

In order to remain fit for the future, we are looking for volunteer support as a fundraiser (m/f/d):

The initiative is non-profit, society-oriented and works pro bono. In order to remain viable as a company (gUG), we currently need support. Our goal is to establish a REDEZEIT fundraising team alongside our existing project teams to secure our future financially.
What you will do:
You develop fundraising measures and implement them with strong communication skills
You acquire donors and invest time in cultivating relationships
You will build up a small team of fundraisers and develop further strategies.
Contribute approximately two to three hours per week

You enjoy strategic action with a hands-on mentality at the same time

The REDEZEIT community is growing and with it the tasks. We are constantly expanding our support network in the field of mental health in order to be able to make our declared contribution to society. Our Orga-Team with currently 13 team players is working online on smart projects and needs support.
What you will do:
Be the contact person for our team players
Plan and organise digital appointments and events for the team
Provide organisational support to our community and content management project teams.
Support the entire team in their development by building a strong team culture
Launch and analyse surveys with different focal points
Contribute approximately two to three hours per week

For this we are urgently looking for Ukrainian and Russian speaking trained coaches, therapists and psychologists to voluntarily help Ukrainian refugees who are going through emotional crises. ✳️
